Updates Regarding Covid-19
Due to the rising health concerns with COVID 19, we are implementing some changes to our daily operations for the safety of our staff and clients. Please bear with us during this time. Effective March of 2020, clients will NO longer be allowed to enter the building. Veterinary staff will meet you at your vehicles to transport pets inside the building at the time of appointments. We are asking all of our clients to wear masks when in close proximity to our team to help limit any exposure of COVID.
Given the current situation, unless a pet is overdue for rabies, there may be a wait before they can be seen for routine wellness exams.
Refills of medications and food: we will ask that you call us ahead of time with any refills needed. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup time, take payment over the phone and have you pick up outside our front door.
When arriving for your appointment, please call us at 603-945-7346 to let us know you are here. A technician will take a history over the phone, then come to transport your pet inside. The doctor will call you with the findings of the exam or have you remain on the line while the exam is performed. Please do not leave the parking lot during the exam and make sure we have the correct contact information.
Please make sure that all cats and small dogs are contained in a safe carrier. Please have proper fitting collars on all dogs to be sure they are safe to have one of our veterinary staff transport into the building. If your dogs are nervous, our team will ask that you meet us on the ramp for safer transport into the building.
**Please check our hours of operation on Facebook as they are subject to change on a weekly basis.**
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty. We all need to do our part in slowing down the spread of this virus.
